As the Production Artist, I worked closely with creative, account, and client teams to manage complex files and develop high-fidelity mockups (AI integration), while leading the end-to-end submission process for major industry awards, including Canadian Home Builders' Association (CHBA), Building Industry and Land Development Association (BILD), Ontario Home Builders' Association (OHBA), and The Nationals Awards(NAHB).
To deliver at scale under tight timelines, I optimized workflows by streamlining production steps, automating repetitive tasks, and improving cross-team collaboration through shared systems, while rigorously managing the detailed submission requirements for each award.
